The data we receive
This site has no customer account and no online payment. When you book, the site prepares a WhatsApp message with the car, dates and options you chose. The message is sent from your device to our number, only if you send it.
- The content of the message: car, dates, options
- Your WhatsApp number and profile name
- The details you give us afterwards, such as your arrival time or hotel name
Why we use it
- To answer your request
- To confirm and prepare the rental
- To support you during the rental
Who has access
- The MNB Cars team
- WhatsApp, the messaging service you use to write to us
- Our technical providers, which host the site and the list of cars. They do not receive your WhatsApp messages.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations for as long as needed for the rental and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use. Write to mnbcarsrental@gmail.com.
You can also file a complaint with the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP).
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. The site only keeps in your browser:
- Your language choice, French or English
- Your rental dates, to prefill the booking. They are deleted when you close the tab.
