If you drive to your hotel after dark, go slowly: outside towns the lighting is poor and pedestrians or animals may cross.

Taxi or rental car
The airport is about twenty kilometres from Agadir city centre, 20 to 30 minutes by road. Guides often quote a grand taxi at around 200 DH to reach the centre, to be agreed before you get in.
For a simple ride to your hotel, a taxi is enough. If you plan to go out for several days, to Taghazout, Paradise Valley or Essaouira, a car quickly becomes more practical.
